We are Deborah L. Schnelle, RN, BSN, a local registered nurse with over 35 years of experience across critical care and emergency medicine, including Neonatal and Surgical ICU, Adult and Pediatric Emergency Care, Ambulatory Surgery, and Radiology, and Debra Whalen, RN, who brings over 30 years of nursing experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, with a specialty in emergency medicine caring for pediatric and adult patients.
Together, we were drawn to wellness medicine as a way to support the body’s natural ability to maintain balance, vitality, and resilience through proper nutrition and immune support. We believe wellness should be both intentional and approachable, combining evidence-based care with a more personalized experience than traditional clinical settings often provide.
